The brief

“Na Svoju Kozu” (roughly “on your own skin”, meaning something you can only learn first-hand) is a 19-track album by Twister x Twistarr about the long fight with yourself: the falls, the temptations, and finally the win. The cover had to carry that honesty: personal, raw and a little nostalgic, never polished.

The project covered the full physical package (front, inside with the liner notes, and back with the tracklist) plus a matching cover for every single released from the album.

The idea

The cover mirrors the duality of the artist: one version from the past and one from the present, blended into a single frame to stand for growth, memory and self-reflection.

Torn paper strips reveal a black and white portrait next to a magenta halftone one, held together by sprayed lines, registration marks and typewriter lettering. Worn textures and muted tones give it the raw, nostalgic feel of the album’s honest, introspective mood.
